Leslie Abbott

Leslie Abbott played bass in “The Abbott Family Band” with her husband Carl Abbott and their sons Luke and Kyle Abbott.

Growing up in a musical household (her father played banjo and guitar and started her on ukulele), Leslie has played music all her life, and teaches through what the family calls the “Playing by Ear” method, which teaches by listening instead of from written notation.
